Decedent died intestate at age 48 on September 2, 2010. His death certificate indicates that he was never married.
On December 23, 2010, decedent’s sister, Marjorie LaBelle, filed a verified petition seeking to become administrator of his estate. The petition states that decedent was survived by four sisters—Barbara LaBelle, Shirley Jones, Linda LaBelle and Marjorie—and two brothers—Gary and Gregory LaBelle.
