Affirming.

In this action against the Paducah Railway Company for the death of Howard Watwood, his administrator recovered a verdict and judgment for $5,000.00, and the company appeals.

On the night of the accident Watwood with two young men and three young ladies attended a dance in Pdaucah. Some time before eleven o’clock they left the dance for a ride in an automobile ¡belonging to one of-the young men.
