Claimant was accidentally injured on January 15, 1928 while in the employ of defendant company. On May 24, 1928 he filed a petition for compensation alleging injury to his right knee cap caused by a fall in the course of his employment. The case was contested by the employer. Alter various proceedings, not material in this appeal, the referee on September 24, 1928 filed an amended order awarding compensation to the claimant at the rate of $15 per week for 33% weeks, from January 22, 1928 to September 11, 1928, at which latter date, the referee found the claimant “had…
