CLARK, Judge.

Archie Lee Scott filed a motion pursuant to Rule 27.261 contending he was entitled to credit on sentences imposed in this case on account of time spent in custody in Boone County awaiting trial. The motion court granted an evidentiary hearing and denied relief. This appeal followed.

The relevant facts are these. In 1985, Scott was convicted in Camden County of driving while intoxicated, third offense, and he was sentenced to serve a term of three years.
