The complainant is a corporation of the State of Ohio, doing business therein. The defendant is a corporation of the State of Delaware, authorized to do business in New Jersey, and engaged in the manufacture of steel products in the city of Jersey City. The complainant, according to the bill of complaint, is engaged in the manufacture of paper mill machinery and other castings by means of patent and secret centrifugal processes and apparatus. The bill charges that on or about April 30th, 1926, three of the individual defendants who had gained a knowledge of the complainant's secret processes…
