ANN CRAWFORD McCLURE, Justice.

Edward Walker and Manuel Contreras, collectively referred to as Appellants, ap peal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Hertz Corporation and Hertz Claim Management Company (Hertz). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTUAL SUMMARY

On April 1, 2000, Edward Walker rented a car from Hertz at the El Paso International Airport. At the same time, Walker purchased a Liability Insurance Supplement (LIS):

Within the limits stated in this paragraph, Hertz will indemnify, hold harmless and defend you and any Authorized Operators FROM AND AGAINST LIABILITY…
