KNAPPEN, Circuit Judge.

The Grand Dodge of the Ancient Order of United Workmen 'of the State of Ohio brought suit in the court below to recover the sum of $136,000 and upwards from the Supreme Dodge of that order, which sum was claimed to be owing by the latter to the Grand Dodge on account of beneficiary certificates issued by the Grand Dodge. The original petition alleged: That the Supreme Dodge of the order is a corporation organized under the laws of Texas, a citizen of that state, and engaged in business in all or nearly ' all of the states of the Union.
