This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the district court of Major county in favor of the city of Fair-view, a municipal corporation, defendant, against Adie Willaman, for herself, Walter Willaman, Alice Willaman, Blue Belle Willaman, Claude Willaman, Francis Willaman, Henry Willaman, George Willaman, and Irene Light, minors, by their next friend and mother, Adie Willaman, on account of the alleged wrongful death of Stanley Willaman, deceased.
