In the final analysis, the contest here, as in the Murphy suit, is one between judgment creditors on the one side and the Assets Realization Company on the other. Our opinion in the Murphy suit disposed of the questions arising out of the Spencer judgment, and hence the instant proceeding may be regarded as the complement of the Murphy suit, for this contest involves the remaining phases of the litigation between the parties..
