HEEN, J.

Plaintiff James T. Yates (Yates) appeals the judgment below in favor of defendant Fireman’s Fund Insurance Companies (Fireman’s Fund). We affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

After a bench trial the lower court found the following facts: On February 26, 1981, Yates owned a Volkswagen (the VW) with a modified body which was insured by Fireman’s Fund. (Hereinafter we will refer to Yates’ auto insurance policy as the Policy.) The Policy insured the VW for its actual cash value in case of direct and accidental loss.
