Pavia e Ansaldo (“Pavia”), 1 an Italian law firm named as a defendant in the first amended consolidated class action complaint filed by purchasers of the securities of Parmalat Finanziaria S.p.A. and affiliates (collectively “Parmalat”), moves to dismiss for failure to state a claim, failure to plead fraud with particularity, and lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
