Before the Court is the Defendants’ Joint Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (“Mot. to Transfer”) [Dkt. No. 38], in which all four defendants in this patent infringement lawsuit move to transfer venue to the Northern District of California, where three of the four defendant corporations are headquartered.
