CRANDALL, Presiding Judge.
Movant, William Joseph Ball, appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
Movant was convicted, after a jury trial, of two counts of armed criminal action, one count of assault first degree, and one count of attempted robbery in the first degree. Movant was sentenced to consecutive terms of imprisonment of three years, three years, ten years, and five years, respectively. These convictions were affirmed on direct appeal. State v.
