MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL, Senior District Judge.

Before the court are the petitions of Rock-ingham Memorial Hospital and Harrisonburg Physicians for Anesthesiology, Inc., dated February 19, 1998 and February 12, 1998, respectively. The petitioners assert claims under 21 U.S.C. § 853(n) to certain property forfeited to the United States pursuant to the court’s Preliminary Order of Forfeiture of October 9, 1997.
