Accused was found guilty by a general court-martial of three separate offenses, namely, being drunk while on post as a sentinel in violation of Article 113, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 707; disrespect toward a superior officer in violation of Article 89, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 683; and assault with a dangerous weapon in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 722.
