Counsel have discussed only one of the errors alleged, and that is the one assigned upon the ruling refusing a new trial.

The evidence is conflicting, but the verdict is not entirely unsupported. We put aside, without further comment, the *117argument that appellant is entitled to a new trial upon the ground that the verdict is contrary to the evidence.
