This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Hennepin County vacating a rate order of the Minnesota Railroad and Warehouse Commission by which the commission established rates of fare to be charged by the complainant-appellant for the carrying of passengers within the city of Minneapolis and the city of Columbia Heights. The proceeding was begun in 1954 by the Minneapolis Street Railway Company by a petition to the commission to increase rates to be charged to persons using its transportation facilities.
