Eric Ewell, who is proceeding pro se in this matter, was charged in the Western District of Pennsylvania with conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 41(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A)(i).
