The instant appeal arises out of Defendant-Appellant Larico Lamar Smith’s conviction for possession of ammunition and a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Smith contends on appeal that the district court erred in denying Smith a three-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility under United States Sentencing Guideline provision § 3E1.1(b), when it determined his sentence.
