MEMORANDUM OPINION

Introduction
The plaintiff filed a complaint in this adversary proceeding to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt in the sum of $73,-780.89. The debt is evidenced by a state court judgment rendered in Wisconsin. Shortly before this adversary proceeding was scheduled for trial, the plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment contending that the prior Wisconsin state court judgment was determinative of the facts currently before this Court in the plaintiff’s dischargeability complaint.
