This case involves the applicability of RCW 18.27.080 which bars contractors who are not registered in this state from suing on their service contracts. Based upon the bar of RCW 18.27.080, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of respondent Edward A. Fischer. The Court of Appeals affirmed in Frank v. Fischer, 46 Wn. App. 133, 730 P.2d 70 (1986). We likewise affirm.
