BACKGROUND

The plaintiff's appeal pursuant to § 8-30g of the General Statutes from the denial of their application seeking approval to construct 96 detached single family dwellings ("Newtown Village") of which 24 units (25%) would be dedicated to affordable housing as that term is defined in the statute.
