Theodore Duane McKinney was convicted by a jury of various offenses arising out of an abortive attempt to extort $15,000,-000 from the Gulf Oil Corporation by threatening to detonate several bombs installed by McKinney’s associates at the Cedar Bayou Chemical Plant.
