This appeal from a deficiency judgment rendered subsequent to a judgment of strict foreclosure attacks the methods employed by the trial court in its valuation of the subject real estate.
The relevant facts are not in dispute. On November 19,1973, the defendants 1 executed in favor of the plaintiff a promissory note in the principal amount of $1,100,000, with interest payable at the rate of 9 percent during the first year and, thereafter, at the rate of 8V2 percent per annum.
