This appeal is from a grant of summary judgment to respondent Minnesota Mutual Fire & Casualty Company. Minnesota Mutual commenced this declaratory judgment action against appellants North Lakes Construction, Inc., Creative Properties Company, and Robert Rugloski, individually and d/b/a Creative Properties (hereinafter referred to as Rugloski), seeking a determination that a claim brought under an insurance policy issued by Minnesota Mutual was barred because not brought within two years of the loss as required by the policy.
