This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Macon County in favor of appellee, Zelma E. Myers, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, as plaintiff, against Stanley Krajefska, appellant, defendant below. Plaintiff’s action as administratrix was based upon fatal injuries sustained by her deceased husband while riding as a guest in defendant’s automobile.
