KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”) appeals the district court’s award of $124,010.46 in back pay and $603,928.37 in front pay to Meriola Z. Gotthardt (“Gotthardt”) in an employment discrimination action. Gotthardt cross-appeals, claiming that the district court also should have awarded her back pay in a related, consolidated action.
