MEMORANDUM OPINION

HUVELLE, District Judge.

On July 7, 2004, this Court granted summary judgment on behalf of the plaintiffs and awarded $352,714.58 in attorney’s fees and costs pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(3)(B). Kaseman v. District of Columbia, 329 F.Supp.2d 20, 32 (D.D.C.2004). That decision spawned the current dispute relating to plaintiffs’ claim for the attorney’s fees incurred in pursuing the underlying fee litigation.
