CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals the denial, without an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 27.26 motion. We affirm.

On June 19, 1984, movant entered pleas of guilty to murder in the first degree and assault in the first degree, and was sentenced to concurrent terms of life imprisonment. In February, 1984, he filed this Rule 27.26 motion alleging his appointed counsel ineffectively represented movant and denied him the right to testify at the hearing on a motion to suppress an allegedly involuntary confession, and instructed movant to lie at the guilty plea hearing when asked if the confession was…
