Plaintiff Montcalm County Board of Commissioners (“Montcalm County”) filed this action against defendant McDonald & Company Securities, Inc. (“McDonald”), an Ohio corporation, and defendant Lisa Lowe Chi-gas (“Chigas”). Plaintiff alleges that defendants were negligent and breached their common law fiduciary duties owed to the County.
