In these two cases, consolidated for decision, the Taylor County Commission appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Taylor County which awarded a writ of mandamus to compel the Board of Ballot Commissioners of Taylor County to place the names of all candidates for the office of County Commissioner on all the ballots to be used in the county at the general election held November 4, 1980, and sought a writ of prohibition to restrain enforcement of the writ of mandamus.
