Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Goldstein, J.), rendered February 6, 1987, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.. In a pretrial motion to dismiss the indictment, the defendant argued that he had been deprived of his right to a speedy trial. This part of the defendant’s motion was based on statutory provisions (CPL 30.30) as well as constitutional provisions (US Const 6th, 14th Amends; CPL 30.20; Klopfer v North Carolina, 386 US 213).
