MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WARREN, District Judge.

This is an action brought by two real estate appraisers in an effort to enjoin and instill various procedural formalities into a disciplinary proceeding that has been instituted against them by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (hereinafter referred to as the society).

The society is a private unincorporated association with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois; the plaintiffs are currently members 1 of the society who have been subjected to the initial investigatory phases of what may prove to be a serious disciplinary proceeding. The plaintiffs…
