¶ 84 I agree with much of the majority's opinion. However, I disagree with its conclusion regarding Appellant's third assignment of error. In that assignment of error, Appellant argues counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the introduction of his unredacted videotaped statement to the police and certain hearsay testimony from the detective that took the statement of his co-defendant, Gregory Crockett, as these evidentiary materials spoke of other rapes he allegedly committed but was not charged with in this case.
