GRANT, Senior District Judge.

The appellant, Harry Olsen, filed a hybrid § 301/fair representation suit against the United Parcel Service (“UPS”) and Teamsters Local Union No. 705 (“Local 705” or “the Union”), alleging that UPS violated the terms of the collective bargaining agreement in terminating his employment without just cause and that Local 705 breached its duty of fair representation in processing his grievance.
