This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ motions for summary judgment. On October 17, 1994 Plaintiff Starlet Pegump filed a state court petition against defendant Rockwell International Corporation (“Rockwell”) and defendant Local 1634 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (“Union”) in the Iowa District Court for Johnson County asserting claims under the federal Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”).
