Two officers of the Air Wisconsin Master Executive Council, a subordinate body of the Air Line Pilots Association, International (“ALPA”), together with two other Air Wisconsin pilots and an association that these four men have formed called the Air Wisconsin Pilots Protection Committee, have sued ALPA, and several individuals who are agents of ALPA, charging violations of the Railway Labor and Landrum-Griffin Acts.
