The Fessenden patent in suit was applied, for May 17, 1900. The application was renewed November 29, 1901,. and the patent issued August 12, 1902. It is for new and useful improvements in apparatus for wireless telegraphy and relates to certain-, improvements in apparafus for the electrical transmission of signals from one station to another without the use of connecting conductors.
