BLODGETT, District Judge.
In this case, upon the rendition of the verdict, motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were made by the defendants. These motions have been argued together, and the positions of counsel will be considered and disposed of as on one motion. The points made on the motion in arrest involve the sufficiency of the indictment, and will be first considered.
