8224 Writ of error denied by Supreme Court. Appellee sued T. J. Freeman, receiver of International Great Northern Railroad, for $20,000 damages alleged to have been suffered by him by reason of the negligence of a baggagemaster employed by said Freeman. During pendency of the suit, the properties of the International Great Northern Railroad Company were sold under order of the federal court, and were bought in by Mr. Nicodemus.
