Plaintiff Delia Polanco (“Plaintiff’ or “Polanco”) brings this action against- De*570fendant NCO Portfolio Management, Inc. (“Defendant NCOP” or “NCOP”). Now before the Court are the Parties’ Cross Motions for Summary Judgment.
