Plaintiff Aaron Cohen initiated this three-count complaint against Defendant Ditech Financial LLC, formerly known as Green Tree Servicing, LLC ("Green Tree" or "Ditech"),1 and Defendant Safeguard Properties LLC ("Safeguard" or "Defendant"), alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
