Affirming in part and reversing in part.

This appeal involves the jurisdiction of the Knott county court of a proceeding to cancel and set aside an entry of satisfaction of judgment entered upon the record margin of the judgment rendered in a bastardy proceeding' in said court.

The facts are that at the September term, 1928, of the Knott county court, Lula Little and her illegitimate child, Walter Douglas Little, suing in the name of the commonwealth of Kentucky, recovered a judgment against Lawrence Hall, defendant therein, in the sum of $2,880, payable in…
