OPINION
VANMETER, Judge.
Lifestyles of Jasper, Inc. (Lifestyles) appeals from an order of the Calloway Circuit Court affirming the Calloway District Court’s order sustaining Nikki Acuffs garnishment challenges and vacating the default judgment in favor of Lifestyles. Lifestyles’ motion for discretionary review was granted by this court for the limited purpose of determining whether Lifestyles’ filing of Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.) Form 1099-C evinced cancellation of Acuffs debt. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
