OPINION

GOURLEY, District Judge:

This is an action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The plaintiff filed application for a period of disability and for disability insurance benefits on December 8, 1964, alleging that he became unable to work on April 15, 1964. The Bureau of Disability Insurance determined that plaintiff was disabled under the 1965 Amendments to the Social Security Act from April 15, 1964 until July 19, 1965.
