MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff N’samba Ndondji brings this action against his former employer, Inter-Park Incorporated, and its parent company, InterPark Holdings Incorporated 2 (“collectively InterPark”), asserting claims of discrimination and retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code § 2-1401.01 et seq.
