delivered the opinion of the Court.

Appellant was convicted of murder in the first degree. The jury’s verdict was unanimous. He was also found guilty of a violation of § 4 of the Weapons Law. He was sentenced to *122life imprisonment. For the charge of carrying and use of prohibited weapons, he was sentenced to serve one year in jail.
