MEMORANDUM
HUYETT, District Judge.
Following a verdict 1 for plaintiff in this action brought pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (ADEA), counsel for plaintiff filed a petition for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs.
