—This appeal is taken by defendants Jack J. Grynberg, doing business as Jack Grynberg & Associates, and his wife Celeste Gryn-berg, from a judgment rendered by the court (sitting without a jury) in favor of plaintiffs individually and as class representatives of all limited partner investors in an oil and gas limited partnership known as the “Greater Green River Basin Drilling Program 72-73” (hereafter GGRB).
