These eases come to this court from different district courts, and under different statutory proeeedure, but involve in part at least the same questions. The Peterson ease was ordered sent here from the district court of the 6th Judicial District, in and for Converse county, by E. C. Raymond, the then presiding judge, upon difficult constitutional questions, under the provisions of Chapter 327, Sections 5136 to 5138, Wyoming Compiled Statutes 1910, and the Romano ease comes to this court by exceptions of the prosecuting attorney of Sheridan county to a certain decision of…
